Shipping policy

DreamySheerSilhouette provides complimentary free shipping for every qualifying order with no minimum purchase requirement. Free shipping is available for deliveries to all European countries, the United States, Hong Kong SAR, and Australia.

After successful payment confirmation, orders will be processed within 1 to 3 business days. Orders submitted on weekends or Australian public holidays will start processing on the next available working day. Once your parcel is dispatched, you will receive an automated confirmation email with a unique tracking number and a tracking link.

Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Standard shipping within Australia usually takes 5–12 business days. Shipments to Europe, the United States and Hong Kong SAR generally take 10–25 business days. Delivery delays may occur due to customs inspections, local courier backlogs, public holidays, extreme weather or unexpected logistical disruptions.

For all international shipments, the recipient is responsible for any local import duties, customs taxes or clearance fees that may be charged by the destination authority. FAW GO HOLDINGS PTY LTD is not liable for these extra charges. If a package is returned to our warehouse because the recipient refuses customs fees or provides an invalid delivery address, we reserve the right to deduct return freight costs from any refund.

If your tracking status shows “delivered” but you have not received your package, please contact our support team within 14 calendar days of the marked delivery date so we can open an investigation with our courier partner.

We are not responsible for lost parcels caused by incorrect delivery addresses provided by customers. Please double-check your shipping details before completing checkout.
